GBX GROUP has been named a 2023 NorthCoast 99 award winner by ERC. The NorthCoast 99 award honors 99 great Northeast Ohio workplaces for top talent. This is the third consecutive year that GBX has received the prestigious NorthCoast 99 award.

This repeated recognition gives the people operations team at GBX the added confidence that we are staying on top of what today’s career seekers are looking for in an organization from many perspectives, said Chelsea Oddis, GBX’s, People Operations Specialist.

NorthCoast 99 winners participated in a rigorous application process that requested detailed information on how their organization addresses top-performer attraction, development, and retention in the areas of organizational strategy, policies, and benefits; talent attraction, acquisition, and onboarding; employee well-being; employee engagement and talent development; total rewards; and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Drew Sparacia, GBX’s Founder and CEO, commented, “Since being recognized by ERC last year at this time, we have added 11 new team members, representing staff growth of 15%. A key component to this growth is the insights we gain from the NorthCoast 99 evaluation process that allows us to measure our organization’s attractiveness with other leading organizations.
